Drumroll please...

I made my own recipe.

I was  nervous, but with a few simple alterations, it turned out super yummy. I even gave away the recipe to my guests (who were the guinea pigs)!

It is a pretty simple recipe, but most of the best ones are. Here you go for your own tasting pleasures.

Misty's Taco Soup:
2 lbs Ground beef
2 large cans Tomato juice
1 can Ranch beans
2 cans Light Red Kidney beans
2 pkgs Taco seasoning
2 pkgs Ranch seasoning mix
1 Tbsp Onion Salt
1 can Whole kernel Corn, drained
1 green bell pepper, diced

Toppings:
 Sour cream
Shredded Mexican 4 cheese
Tortilla chips

**Use a large Crock Pot. This filled mine.

Brown ground beef. Drain. Put all ingredients into a Crock pot, except for corn.  Cook on low for 6 hours, stirring occasionally. Add corn. Cook for 2 hours, on warm. When serving, add toppings. Enjoy!
